Appointment

To make sure we can give each bride our full attention and care, we can only see brides who have booked an appointment beforehand.

We ask for a booking fee for a first appointment. We are only a small boutique with a limited number of daily appointments available. We find that without this fee, we get some brides who decide not to turn up. And it also stops people coming in just to try on dresses for fun! Believe us, it used to happen!

If you need to cancel your 1st appointment, we will of course refund the fee as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

You can find us tucked away in the heart of Notting Hill. We are just 10 minutes walk north of Notting Hill Gate station or only 2 minutes from Ladbroke Grove Station.

FAQs

Very occasionally we have extra slots not available online. If you can’t see a time that suits you, please contact us directly and we’ll see how we can fit you in.

If your wedding is within 6 months, please contact us directly before you book your appointment

As the dresses are handmade, 6 months typically doesn’t give enough time for the designers to make your dress and for you to make sure it is fitted correctly for your big day

Sometimes it is possible, so don’t despair! But please email us first at nottinghill@themewsbridal.com.

Only one – this is very important!

The system only logs the latest appointment you have booked. So please don’t book more than one appointment at a time – or else we won’t be expecting you on your first date! If you are sure you want to book multiple appointments, please get in touch with us beforehand.

Once you have been in for your appointment, you will later be invited to book a follow up appointment or fitting.

We of course understand that sometimes your plans change and you need to cancel your appointment! Give us at least 48 hours notice and we’ll be more than happy to refund your booking fee.

The same goes with rescheduling – if you need to find a new date, let us know a date that works and has availability and we’ll book you in. It is best to email us at nottinghill@themewsbridal.com.  Again, we will need 48 hours notice.

Return appointments and fitting appointments do not need to pay again.

Yes. If you are booking a first appointment, you will be asked to safely submit card details for the booking fee. We do not store any card details on this site, and all payments are handled by an encrypted, secure, PCI-compliant system so you are not at any financial risk.
